Harriette is a certified systems and sustainability consultant, and the US associate of North Star Transition (UK). Harriette has advised several groups and initiatives accelerating systemic change including an evaluation initiative mapping regional relationships in the Atlantic, Amazon and Central America. Member of Imagine.World team – an initiative of World.Link. Joined the advisory board of a global company focused on mapping and preserving land and fresh water. Currently working as the Director of Operations for Soil In Formation, (SIF). 

Harriette also consults with initiatives focused on building regenerative finance. Harriette is a communications and network leader, educator, coach, business/restaurant owner, consultant, publisher, journalist, food/health pioneer and entrepreneur. She was an early pioneer of the relationship between planetary and human health. A founding board member and current team member of the non- profit C-Change Conversations. Excited to have joined the advisory group of the dynamic business leadership at OSC.

I am a Principal Engineer at Cisco and lead the engineering for Cisco’s Innovation Labs.
In this CTO role I run a global team in nine cities working with customers to innovate with Cisco. With the lab I’ve worked on thousands of ideas and pitches and taken the best to incubation and market to help Cisco power an inclusive future.

I am a Cisco Hall of Fame speaker and the author of IP Enabled Energy Management. I championed and delivered Cisco’s first global sustainability effort. I am the inventor and architect for Cisco EnergyWise and Cisco Digital Ceiling products.
